1st Quarter
The 12-Month Challenge is broken down into 4 quarters. Each quarter will focus on 3 systems to master. The systems in the first three months will help discover your purpose in life, define your core principles, and put your faith into action and strengthen it for the 12-month journey.

PLAN
The plan must be on paper and consists of your business plan, life plan, marketing plan, and service plan.

ACTION
Without action, you will not produce any results. Anthony Robbins uses the term "Massive Action" which I believe also denotes the mentality that you must also possess.

VALUE
The value you bring to any relationship must be evident and measurable and experienced by the connection or group.
2nd Quarter
The systems in the second three months will focus on writing your strategic plan, marketing plan, servicing plan, and business plan. You will also start to take action by creating your Conscious Platform, connecting with your referred leads, and conveying your value proposition to close them.

TEAM
Raising large sums of capital is directly related to who's on your team. Their level of knowledge, experience, and overall competence will make or break your ability to raise capital.

SERVICE
As a conscious leader committing to a lifetime of service will bring you the fulfillment you seek once financial freedom is achieved. It is also one of the best ways to create and grow your social capital.

SOCIAL CAPITAL
The amount of social relevance that you have generated based on your character, track record, principles, value, and service to others.
3rd Quarter
The systems in the third three months will help you to build on your value-driven mindset, start to implement your service plan, and start building and growing your social capital by adding 5 new connections to your network and engaging with the other conscious leaders on the CBNexus.

ENERGY
We are made up of energy and energy is everything. Including money and in order to connect to the frequency that money is vibrating on you must understand how to vibrate the frequency of love and value.

SYSTEMS
Running a business without systems is like keeping your plan in your head and not putting it on paper. Yes, it's possible; however, it is impossible to scale, duplicate, measure, adjust or make the necessary changes to be sustainable.
4th Quarter
The systems in the last three months will focus on create the energy of love in all of your actions, finalize your Conscious Business Systems and modify as needed, and then harvest from your clients, strategic partners, and king connections from the emotional deposits and value that you have given.
